What are the shipping methods and delivery times? 

Standard Shipping: Delivery in 3–4 business days after fulfillment.

Express Shipping: Faster delivery in 1–3 business days after fulfillment.

What payment methods are available? 

TEMPO Networks Store accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Shop. Please see the Payment Methods section for more details.

Can I add or delete items from my order? 

We regret to inform you that each order is processed automatically and once confirmed, we are unable to change its details.   
To purchase new items, you must place a new order; to return them, please follow our Return Policy.  

When will I be charged?

A payment authorization will be automatically requested as soon as you complete your order to verify the validity of your card and the availability of funds. The total amount charged will be specified in the order receipt confirmation email. 

Where is my order?

You can check your order status and track its shipment at any time by entering your order number found in your order confirmation email on the Track Your Order page.
If you are a registered user, you can also view all order details in the Order History section of your My Account area.
Lastly, you can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Are returns free?

We confirm that items may be returned entirely free of charge. You will not be charged for managing the return of the product to our warehouses. 

Where can I return an order?

You may return any unused product(s) purchased from the TEMPO Networks Store free of charge within 30-days of the delivery date after you have completed and submitted the online Return Form. Please refer to the Return Policy section for more details.

How do I reset my account password?

In any log-in section of the website, you can request to reset your password via the “Forgot Password” button.

Can I save my products to favorites?

You can add any product to your Wish List from the catalog or directly from the product detail page by clicking the designated button. This allows you to save items you're interested in, so you can easily find them later, receive notifications if availability becomes limited, and proceed to purchase with a single click.

For details on a product’s size and fit, please refer to the “Size Chart” on the detail page of the product you are interested in.
